Policies
Everything you need to know about commissioning, purchasing, and caring for a Hatice Bayrak Studio piece.
Terms of Service
By commissioning a piece, enquiring about a physical edition, or purchasing a digital file from Hatice Bayrak Studio, you agree to the terms below. Digital Editions are purchased instantly through secure checkout. Gallery, Collector and Founder’s Editions are made to order and arranged individually — enquire via our Contact page for pricing, availability and shipping before any payment is taken. Imagery, colour, and finish may vary slightly from screen previews, as is expected of fine art print production. All designs, photographs, and artwork remain the intellectual property of Hatice Bayrak Studio — purchase of a physical piece does not transfer reproduction rights. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
Print License & Terms of Use
By purchasing a print or digital file from Hatice Bayrak Studio, you agree to the terms below. Every print and file we sell is licensed for personal use — print it, frame it, gift it. Commercial use requires our Commercial Use license; reselling, redistributing or claiming a design as your own is never permitted.
Ownership — Copyright remains with the studio
Digital Files — Non-refundable once downloaded
Limited Editions — Not reprinted once sold out
Custom Commissions
Bespoke chart artwork for yacht owners, private residences and hospitality spaces. Each commission begins with a conversation — the coastline, harbour or circuit you want captured, and where it will live.
Timeline — 3–4 weeks from approval
Revisions — Two rounds included
Standard — Archival giclée print on 310gsm cotton rag paper
Presentation — Museum-mounted, with certificate of authenticity
Pricing — By consultation; each commission is priced individually based on scale, medium and finish, confirmed after your first conversation
Certificate of Authenticity
Every limited edition includes a numbered certificate of authenticity and archival-quality production. Every Collector and Founder’s Edition is numbered, hand-signed and recorded in our studio archive — a certificate that travels with the piece for as long as you own it.
Edition — Individually numbered
Materials — Archival pigment print, 310gsm cotton rag
Presentation — Sleeve for Collector, box and gloves for Founder’s
Privacy
We collect only what is needed to process your commission or order — name, contact details, shipping address, and payment information, handled securely by our payment provider. This information is used solely to fulfil your order, respond to enquiries, and, only with your consent, share occasional studio news. We never sell or trade your details. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time via the Contact page.
Shipping & Delivery
Gallery, Collector and Founder’s Editions are made to order. After you enquire via the Contact page, we confirm pricing, production timelines and shipping costs individually before any payment is taken. Once complete, pieces are packed with museum-grade, moisture-resistant materials and insured in transit. Any damage in transit must be reported, with photographs, within 7 days of delivery so we can file a carrier claim on your behalf. Digital Editions are delivered instantly by download and are not shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Digital Editions are non-refundable once downloaded. Gallery, Collector and Founder’s Editions are made to order specifically for you once an enquiry is confirmed, so all such sales are final and cannot be cancelled once production has begun. The only exceptions are verified transit damage or a genuine production defect, reported within 30 days of delivery. Approved claims are resolved by repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion. Every piece is a fine art print, not an original painting; minor colour and texture variations inherent to the giclée printing process are part of the piece’s character, not a defect.
Caring for Your Piece
Display your print out of direct sunlight and away from heat and humidity to preserve colour and paper integrity. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth or brush; never use water, solvents, or household cleaners directly on the surface. When moving or storing a piece, handle it by the frame or mount edges, never the print surface, and store flat or upright in a climate-controlled space, wrapped in acid-free paper. Contact us before attempting any repair or restoration.
Advertising & Sponsorship
Hatice Bayrak Studio occasionally partners with select brands and destinations for sponsored features and collaborations. Any paid partnership, gifted piece, or sponsored content is clearly disclosed on the relevant page, and sponsorship never influences the standards applied to independent work. To enquire about a partnership, reach us via the Contact page.
